Terms and ConditionsWe strongly recommend that you read through these conditions carefully, as they apply to bookings and general use of the BookAccomOnline website. We advise you to also read the complex cancellation policies before making a booking. Any bookings made between you as the booker and the complex are deemed to be a contract, governed by these terms and conditions defined herein. The contract between you the booker and the complex shall only become valid once a deposit has been paid and BookAccomOnline have confirmed your booking in writing and or provided you verbally a booking number and a confirmation number. These booking and confirmation numbers are your confirmation of the booking and it is your responsibility to record and retain them for future reference. Use of BookAccomOnline Website and Bookings:It is a strict requirement of BookAccom that users must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking through BookAccomOnline and it is your responsibility to ensure that you supply BookAccom with all relevant and correct and accurate information.Kingfisher Corporation Pty Ltd endeavors at all times to provide accurate information, but does not guarantee the contents within. We do not accept any liability for any errors in information provided or for any direct or consequential loss arising from the BookAccomOnline website or from bookings made through BookAccomOnline or BookAccom branches. Kingfisher Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to change your booking due to reasons beyond our control. In the event that we do need to change your booking, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. If the cost of alternative accommodation is greater, the user will be obligated to meet the additional cost. Prices and Payments:All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of all taxes if applicable. A booking fee of $5.00 is payable at time of making a booking...Deposit Payments will be accepted via the telephone for added security measures which will be charged immediately at the time of booking being confirmed. You must be the credit card holder to make a booking through BookAccomOnline or any of the BookAccom branch offices. Cancellations:For cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period, (specified at time of booking)BookAccomOnline will refund the 11% deposit held byBookAccom but we will charge an administrative fee of $15 per apartment booked. The booking fee of $5 is not refundable.The 11% deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made in the period in which cancellation is not allowed or if you fail to show up to the complex. In addition the complex may charge a cancellation fee. This will be specified at the time of making your booking. Please Note: that once you have checked into the complex , your deposit is non-refundable. Changes to Booking:Any changes to bookings once confirmed may occur an administrative fee of $15 and may also affect the daily rate charged.Limit of Liability:Please Note: thatBookAccom and BookAccomOnline act only as a booking service for the suppliers of accommodation other than the properties we manage ourselves or our respective branches may manage in their own right. We do not accept liability whatsoever for any damage or loss arising from the offer or the supply of the relevant goods and services or from contact with third parties.We do not accept liability for any inaccurate or incomplete information published on the BookAccomOnline website. We are not liable for any disruptions caused to the website and we furthermore exclude any liability whatsoever from death, injury, losses or other expenses occurring from events which are beyond our control. Kingfisher Corporation Pty Ltd accepts no liability and it is the user’s responsibility to check for viruses in all correspondence from BookAccom and BookAccomOnline both by email and or on the website. We do not accept liability for any damages, viruses or losses incurred to users’ computer systems of any kind. Please Note: Australian Federal Law governs the use of the BookAccomOnline website. By using the BookAccomOnline website, users acknowledge that the jurisdiction of the courts of
